Please Note:

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. Because custom embroidered and personalized items are made specifically for you, once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review all order details carefully, including our sizing guide, before placing your order.

For all non-custom items, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
